parallax text color help

How can I change the text color in the these places to black:
header and header right widget
header menu secondary navigation (this is at the bottom of home page)

Change #fff color code in following code as seen in style.css file

.genesis-nav-menu a {
	color: #fff;
	display: block;
	font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;
	padding: 27px 20px;
}

That didn't work.

To change the color of top menu items and bottom menu items to black add the bellow code to your style.css

.parallax-pro-blue .genesis-nav-menu a {
color: #000;
}

But by changing the color of footer nav to black will not be keep the menu items visible

If you want to change the color only for the top nav menu items use the below css

.parallax-pro-blue #menu-header-right.genesis-nav-menu a {
color: #000;
}
