    I have repositioned the Parallax secondary menu before the header, and styled it with Design Palette Pro.
    It works perfectly in my desktop, but not in ipad or mobile format.
    In ipad/mobile it seems to 'sit' on top of the main menu and title, blocking both.

    I know it is a responsive design issue.
    I also suspect that the secondary menu should probably display in 'hamburger' format when not in desktop mode, but I don't know how to go about coding that.

    Any guidance would be welcome!
