Parallax Pro site not loading on phone

Good morning -
My site, RushPlumbingHeatingandAir.com is not loading on my phone. It does load on my tablet. I can visit the desktop view on my phone.

I have cleared my cache. I have checked it on other phones. Same.

I do have Jetpack. I did check, it is not overriding the mobile theme.

Thoughts please?

This is not going to be an easy answer. I checked your site with my iPhone and the source code is not being generated.

Parallax Pro does not have a separate mobile theme. Studio Press themes use CSS media queries to display on mobile devices, which means that mobile capabilities are built into the same theme that displays on the desktop and iPad. If the theme is showing fine on the desktop and iPads, but not on phones, then something is either blocking the theme from doing its job or overriding the theme somehow. There's nothing wrong with the theme itself or the Genesis Framework. There's another component in your setup causing the issue.

An error of this type can be coming from anywhere. It is not something that can be diagnosed from the front end. Someone has to look at your PHP error logs, run through the WordPress plugin troubleshooting process, etc. It could take a couple of hours.

I suggest you start with enabling WordPress debug and plugin troubleshooting. If this is beyond your skill set, please consider opening a support ticket with Studio Press or hiring a dev for a few hours.
