I've used Parallax Pro successfully on another site, but I'm now having trouble changing out the featured image on my own site.

In the Background Images section of the Customize menu, I've tried uploading a new image both by dragging/dropping a file in the designated section and selecting a file in the provided link. Neither option loads the image, and in addition to that, the Remove Image option is not displayed.

This problem is consistent for all 3 of the Featured Section images. I've tried deactivating plugins individually, and though I was able to successfully replace one image, the problem returned after saving the edits.

    Hi Resa,

You should first disable *all* plugins and test for the problem. If it goes away, of course, it is a plugin problem, and you can isolate it by adding them back systematically.

If the problem remains with no plugins activated (or other custom javascript), I'd suggest opening a ticket with StudioPress.
