    Hey Folks,

    Thanks for the help!

    I am trying to set up a custom sidebar for a specific page. As I type this, maybe it would simply be easier to create a column with a smaller width.

    My goal is to have chunks of data as the main page section(s) with a sidebar for each section to provide added notes.

    This page has a lot of detail in it, broken up into 6 sections.

    Any advice is appreciated, thank you!

    You might want to consider using blocks for that. May make things more simple. Create one page with the layout the way you want it. Then copy the page content to your new pages.

    Thank you for the response. What happened to just being able to use a template with a sidebar? 🙂

    Can you specify the width of the columns in blocks?

    Another option is to use the Genesis Simple Sidebars plugin.
