    I do not want to use a header image and would like to change the title colour from white. I cannot work out which part of the CSS to use.

    Hi geeibee, if you're using WordPress and you hover over the Appearance tab, the Editor link will take you to the CSS codes. Look for the header area of the code and you can replace the font color from there. That's how I did it, hope it works for you too.. 🙂
