    I am using News Pro theme and using Genesis Featured Posts widget only on front page.
    Can we add pagination for Genesis Featured Posts, like: Next Page ... Previous Page?

    Not included in the widget. You'll need to find a extended version of the widget in the form of a plugin or add pagination to a copy of the widget in your child theme.
