How do you prevent a specific page from being indexed by Google and Bing?

If you are using Yoast SEO, you can exclude a post or page in the Yoast settings for that post or page. If you are not using any SEO tool, you need a robots.txt file: http://www.robotstxt.org/robotstxt.html

If you have a different SEO tool, you need to check that tool's documentation.

Wow! That was easy. Thanks Victor. I changed it to nofollow

BTW, I noticed this in the Meta Robots Advanced section: Site-wide default: None

Should I leave that or remove it from the page I don't want to be indexed?

Page level overrides site level. Leave it as it is.
