Hi there, I'll try to explain my problem in my horrible English, so sorry folks! I'm using Genesis Framework + Yoast SEO for breadcrumbs.

I made a few CPT - one of those is "my_CPT" made with 'my 'slug' => 'bestguess' and 'has_archive' = true

    What I want:

    example.org/bestguess/my-lovely-item
display my CPT item and show breadcrumbs Homepage > Best Guess (link to example.org/bestguess) > My Lovely Item

    example.org/bestguess
shall NOT show the CPT archive but a wordpress page of my choice.

if I remove has_archive, there's no more "Best Guess" in breadcrumbs.

How would I do that - I just want simple "pages" to replace the "archives" of my CPTs.

Looking forward to your help. Regards, Thomas.

    Hi Thomas,

I would guess that the easiest way would be to create page templates for the archives that have the layout and content you like.

    Hi Christoph,

    thank you for your response.

Is there a "simple way" to do this? It there anywhere a template file for that in Genesis Framework?

I just want to show one article/page instead of the archive - besides that, all shall be the "standard output" of the genesis child theme for a standard wordpress page...
