I have been able to get a top line for the Nav, but I can't get the bottom line to show up. I added the code in bold.

.genesis-nav-menu {
clear: both;
font-size: 14px;
font-weight: bold;;
line-height: 1.5;
width: 100%
border-bottom: 3px solid #1E7EB7;
border-top: 3px solid #1E7EB7;
}

I was able to get it to work by changing the order.

.genesis-nav-menu {
clear: both;
font-size: 14px;
font-weight: bold;
line-height: 1.5;
width: 100%;
border-top: 3px solid #1E7EB7;
border-bottom: 3px solid #1E7EB7;
