    I am working on a website using the outreach Pro theme. I have installed genesis slider and am working with just 1 image for now. The default settings are not as indicated in the theme setup instructions. I edit the insstrcutions to make width and height 1140 x 460 pixels and I upload an image of those same dimensions in keeping with the demo.

    However look what happens: image misaligned - a grey border is present - it is not full width like the demo:"

    please let me know what I'm doing wrong. thanks.

    Install the Genesis Responsive Slider plugin; you have a different one installed.
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/genesis-responsive-slider/

    Then the image size of 1140 x 460 px should work.

    Thanks Marcy. I had the non-responsive version installed. Problem solved.
