    I am looking for the correct way to tweak style.css to turn all theme to a "black style" i.e. black background like http://www.siletti.com

    looks like you need to change background-color: #fff to background-color: #0c0c0d of the following to match the background color of your example:

    body
    .site-header
    .site-inner
    .footer-widgets
    .woocommerce ul.products li.product.masonry-brick

    and then of course change color on each of those to something not black

    I assume that is what you were asking.
