    Hello,

    We have been using Genesis with child theme Optimal for months now and all of a sudden the theme stopped working after Dreamhost updated their servers. Every time we re-activate the theme and relay out the widgets, it all goes away and says this error message:

    //404
    Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/davwei44/bodyworksdw.com/wp-content/themes/optimal/functions.php:2) in /home/davwei44/bodyworksdw.com/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1173

    We can not even login to the backend of WP-login until we contact Dreamhost to switch the theme to default, to at least let us in again.

    The site is http://www.bodyworksdw.com if anyone can help us out..
    We appreciate it!
    Thanks

    Did you try to disable ALL plugins and see if that solves the problem? Usually it has to do with that.
    That being said, it would seem you would need to contact Appfinite about this issue since they created & offer the theme and not Studiopress. If the disabling plugins doesn't work then contact Appfinite's support to see what they say.
