    Okay,

I am having a few issues here so I have a couple questions to ask.

    1. Every time I try to update or add to the functions.php file in the No Sidebar theme I get bounced out to an Error 404 page. Why is this happening? The file won't update for anything, no matter what I put in, I just get that error page and then nothing happens.

    2. Am I able to use Woo Commerce with the No Sidebar theme?

I uploaded WooCommerce, got it al set and of course the theme doesn't support WooCommerce so I go and grab the Genesis Connect for WooCommerce plugin. When I activate the plugin it doesn't want to work, I get this message:

"Sorry! In order to use the Genesis Connect for WooCommerce plugin you need to do the following:

Add this code to your child theme's functions.php:
    add_theme_support( 'genesis-connect-woocommerce' ); "

So, I go to add that code to the child theme functions.php file, but of course I still get the error 404 page anytime I try to modify that file.

What am I doing wrong? Am I able to use Woo Commerce with No Sidebar?

Why am I unable to modify the function/php file without getting an error page and code disappearing?

    Thank you in advance.

    Jeremy

If you are doing development work in WordPress you would use the tools of the trade, a code editor and FTP. I don't know why you're getting a 404 error on the editor, maybe clear your cache. I've never seen it before and wouldn't be able to reproduce the error.
