    I'm having trouble getting the Ninja form (Contact Us) form to display on Centric Theme. I'm pretty sure the plugin and short code are installed correctly because when I switch to Twenty Fourteen theme I can see the form. Any ideas,suggestions?

    Its displaying for me. Did you clear any server plugin and/or browser caching

    Ended up clicking a few buttons per suggestion on Ninja support and got it working. Thanks, Brad.
