    ok, all of a sudden, Ninja Form is not sending out emails after a user submits their questions. Have updated to the latest version of WP and the plugin. It's working on another site so it might be a web host issue.

    At this point, can someone recommend a form that has a Submission section and it's free? I like that the plugin still keeps track of submissions and let you view them just in case of a scenario like ours where the emails are not getting sent out.

    Any ideas?

    Take a look at http://mandrillapp.com for handling your email. It will bypass whatever the host is doing.
