On the news theme, I was able to add the custom class menu items for Facebook and Twitter. Is it possible to add a custom class for Linked? I want to avoid having different types of social icons and would like linkedin to show up at the top like Facebook and Twitter.

    Thanks!

How can I do that? I tried adding the same css class: social-linkedin but it didn't work. Is there somewhere else I have to add the function?

    Thank you!

All style rules are in the style sheet, style.css. You can use the existing social icon rules as a guide.

I recommend installing the Firebug add on for Firefox or using Chrome's Firebug Lite which will enable you to right click on any element to inspect it and determine the associated style rules or the selectors required to create new style rules.

When I create a menu in the news theme, although I selected the show Custom CSS Class in the menu options it is not appearing.

Any suggestions on how to make this happen?

Have you deactivated all plugins to rule out conflicts?
