    I have installed the News Pro theme after using the older News child theme. The logo is centred in the header & I can't seem to find any way to make it move over to the left as per what appears to be the default for this theme? Does anyone know why this logo is sticking to the centre ?

    If your header right widget area is empty, then logo will stick to center. It is the default behavior in Genesis.

    Thanks for the info. I tried doing this using chrome developer tools which works. But when I comment out on the style sheet via the WP editor it doesn't seem to update on the site. I've flushed the W3 cache & even waited a few hours but when checking using the chrome dev tool again the CSS is unmodified. Really scratching my head now as your fix (at least in dev tools) works a treat! Pity I can't add a screen shot of what I'm seeing.

    I don't want anything in the header widget area, what do I do if that is the case. Seems like the most basic of things for people to want control over the position of their logo but it seems the most poorly supported feature of Genesis child themes.

    For info. This is how I've commented out the code:-

    .header-image .site-title a {
    /* background-position: top !important; */
    float: left;
    min-height: 90px;
    width: 100%;

    I just downloaded the style.css file via FTP to check it. But its still not working !?
