News Pro Header Image Dimension Change

I want to change the News Pro theme header image size to 1138*200 px
Please help me to achieve this,

Change the values for the width and height under the Site Header section of the style.css file

And change the values for the custom-header function to match your image.

I followed the link and it directed me to register and pay to your site first.

The tutorial i linked to is a free tutorial however you maybe blocked from seeing it because your I.P has been blocked. I use a plugin which blocks I.P addresses for repeated failed login attempts, spam etc coming from that I.P.

Here it is again:

1. Change the values for the width and height under the Site Header section of the style.css file

2. And change the values for the custom-header function to match your image.

Also, when i click thru to your domain, there is no site.

Based on your previous answer, you stated this is your site http://safestudentlink.com

There is no StudioPress theme installed on your site.

If you want help with CSS, please link to a working site.

I have added the following code in functions.php using Genesis Extender plugin

And the following code in style.css using Genesis Extender plugin
