    Dear Studiopress

    This is for your information why you are cheating and deleting my purchase order of child theme name as News Pro $38

    So, if you want to cheat my $38 its ok. but I inform all the user of Genesis that,

    This company is a cheater and cheated my $38

    When I ask To refund me News Pro Child theme then they suddenly delete my oeder history in my Genesis account.

    So, why are you doing this type of business and where is my News Pro Child Theme

    This is a community forum where questions are answered by volunteers. We are end users just like you. We have nothing to do with Studio Press. I suggest you contact Studio Press directly to express your concerns, but I will say that Studio Press and its parent, WPEngine, are highly reputable companies. They do not cheat people. Take a deep breath and reach out to them directly. They will be happy to resolve your issues.
