    Hey everyone,

I just got the Genesis framework to set up a simple site for myself. I need to modify a few things and am new to this.

I'd like to create a dynamic header image that goes full width with some text on top of it and change the background color and the footer color.

Do I have to do this in the CSS code? Also, do I need to install a child theme and midday the code in their instead? Where could I get the child theme?

Sorry for the silly questions as I said I'm new to this.

    Thanks,
    Vivekam

Hi braddalton. It's not live yet, it's behind a coming soon page.

I did find the child theme and installed that.
