I think I messed up my wordpress site and would like to start from scratch since it was a new site anyway.  Can someone recommend the best steps to just start from scratch.  Right now it seems that there are two different child themes that appear.

Go to Appearance > Themes and delete all the child themes, then re-install the one you intend to use.

Thank you Charlie.  I deleted all the themes that I could however the Agency Child theme still remains.  I do not see a way to delete that one.

Right now when I look in the Manged Themes section I see Agency Theme above and the Genesis Framework (not activated) below that

I just want to start with a clean slate.  As you can see here http://www.austinofficefinders.com/  It seems to still be pulling from two different themes.

i don't think you can delete an active theme so you'll need to install a theme to delete Agency.
