    Hello have been trying to figure this out all day its really giving me a headache. I would like to add an image slider in full width to my header section of my site. I dont want the base color that the theme is loaded with. Can someone please help me!!!

    I would like something like this:

    You can install a free slider like Soliloquy and add the sliders shortcode to a text widget in the home 1 widget area. You may need to then add/modify CSS rules to float text over the slider.

    Or

    You could can use custom code which produces what you see in this video demo.
