    Hey,

Can anyone help me with this? I need to reorganize the look of this blog page: http://drmarcycole.com/blog-landing/

I want the POSTS to all come up right away in chronological order, and the categories with the images seen here to be vertical in a sidebar. Please help!

    Hi Marcy,

To show posts on your home page in the Freelance theme, drop a Featured Posts widget into your "Home Top" widget section. Choose these options: posts, all categories, order by date, descending. Set the rest of the options to your liking. The standard Featured Posts widget provided by Genesis will be perfectly fine.

Here's a Featured Posts widget with a few extras:

(In the newer StudioPress themes posts are shown on the homepage by default if there are no widgets there, but Freelance does not do that.)

    Category Images --

How are you showing the list of images linking to categories now? If it is in a widget, can you move that to the "Primary Sidebar" widget area?
