    Hi everyone.

    I am working on a site and the client wants the logo/header area to not appear on the home page of the site or across any part of the site.

    What code do I need to add or subtract to get this done?

    I am using the Pretty Creative theme for Genesis. You can see this site here has accomplished it:

    https://patentwear.com/

    But they have the header showing across the rest of the site. I want it deleted across the entire site. Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hey sorry about that. The URL is

    http://socialscarlett.com/

    I took the coming soon page down so site can be seen. I want the top white portion across the site gone, where it says the site name and tagline.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    see if this works

    .front-page .site-title,
    .front-page .site-description {
          display: none;
    }

    oops, just read the part where you don't want it to show anywhere on the site ...

    try this instead

    .site-title,
     .site-description {
          display: none;
    }

    Hey guys,

    So adding:

    .site-title,
     .site-description {
          display: none;
    }

    seems to have worked. It took away the site title and tagline across the site.

    Now I need to cover that whitespace at the top of the site up... bring the pic up some and get it even. What code am I looking for to change to bring that white space up so there is none???

    Thanks for the help so far guys.

    The full css should look like this

    .site-header,
     .site-title,
     .site-description {
          display: none;
    }

    and try adjusting your .site-inner padding to 0 (currently at 20px). This should make the elements 'flush' to each other.

    Use your browsers 'inspect' tool to determine the elements you want to target and edit.

    (Right click your website when viewing your site in the browser to access the inspect tool.)
