I'm working on the Streamline Pro theme and I'd like to show a different background color for selected button choices. I've modified .current-menu-item and that does work for primary navigation buttons perfectly. The problem is that when a sub choice is selected I'd like the primary to change color.
I created an image that explains the need.
I've been dabbling with current-menu-ancestor with little luck.
How do you modify the selected color of a primary button when a child (sub choice) is clicked?
Thanks for the help
