nav on mobile issue

Can anyone help one frustrated girl? Pretty pls, I'm about to pull my hair out 🙁
Been trying to fix this problem with no luck. Here is the site I`m working on http://glamclients.com/test
The problem I can`t solve is this:
on the mobile view the header do not wrap around the whole height and include navigation. So the logo have navy background but the nav doesn't and it almost disappear. It's ok on the pages without parallax section so I guess that parallax is a problem but nothing I tried seams to fix it. Can someone help me pls?

change...

.responsive-menu-icon {
    cursor: pointer;
    display: none;
    margin-bottom: 10px;
    text-align: center;
}

to...

.responsive-menu-icon {
    cursor: pointer;
    display: none;
    margin-bottom: 30px;
    text-align: center;
}

Now the icon looks ok but i still have a problem with the last menu item:

Would you be able to explain to me why the nav do not "wrap around" and push the below div? (So I can understand for future)
This only happens on the pages with the parallax effect. Is there anything I need to add to the css to make that happen?
It makes the whole parallax image hide the top below the nav and cut off 🙁
