    Good morning!

    I am using the Metro Theme here: nationwideindustrialsupply.com/blog

    How do I center the text in the blue nav bar vertically?

    Change the style sheet.

    Look for:

    .genesis-nav-menu a {
    display: block;
    padding: 16px 20px 14px;
    padding: 1rem 1.25rem 0.875rem;
    position: relative;
    }

    and change

    padding: .5rem 1.25rem 0.875rem;

    to adjust mobile responsiveness...

    look for

    .genesis-nav-menu a {
    padding: 20px 16px;
    padding: 1.5rem 1rem;
    }

    and change
    padding: 10px 16px;
    padding: .5rem 1rem;
