    Hello, guys as you see on the title I've been trying fix this from 2 weeks I tried some plugins to stop the auto update but didn't help,
    I don't know where is the problem I unchecked auto upgraded plugins/themes when i installed WordPress I'm really confused,
    I added this command to my wp-config.php i tough this gonna fix the issue but the updates still going /** disable all automatic updates. */
    define( 'AUTOMATIC_UPDATER_DISABLED', true );

    Please any help i will be really thank full

    Some hosts ignore your settings and force the updates. SiteGround and WPEngine are examples. Check with your host.
