    Hello everybody,

I'm having some troubles to get my "head" appears in Google search results. All my other writer who writes for me in my Blog, we can see their pictures in Google, but not me. I followed the instructions written by Brian in Copyblogger (how to get the authoship in 3 steps) and as I said, my other writer gets his picture, but not me.

Here an article by him in Google : http://bit.ly/12SaF47
    (Jean-Baptiste)

And here is an article by me : http://bit.ly/10QMG3O

    Nothing appears.

So, when I go to Google Rich Snippet Tool, everything seems perfect.

as you can see here : http://bit.ly/ZK6YY0

However, there is this warning message :

**Warning : Missing required field "updated" **

I googled the issue, found out that i have to change the "date" in the Single.php—but I couldn't find anything in my theme.
I'm using of course Genesis, with DECOR theme. Here the the blog :

Thanks for your help. And have a good day.

    Cheers,
    Kamal.

The head shot needs to be high quality or may not be used. Google don't guarantee anything.

Add your Google plus url to the user field in Genesis and link back from your Google + page to your author archive page.

Hi Brad. Thanks for your reply.

I already did add a link from my google+ profile back to my blog. And as I said, my other writer does have his head shot appear, not mine. I have been blogging for 6 years, he just got into my team this year. I think I'm "hight quality". Plus, it was working before I switched to Genesis.

It should work if you have also added the link to your Google page in the Users > Your Profile > Contact Info > Google + field.

I did all that. Still not working for me, but the other writer, yes.
