For a client I need a different background for each page, like explained in this topic.

I used the code and it works, but the images are aligned tot the left. I tried everything I know about CSS and the Genesis themes, but I'm not able to get them centered.

Who can help me with this?

    Sorry for the delay.

    Thanks.

    Update:

I set the background image on 'home' and 'bespannen' for testing. Other pages are the same as the home page

It depends on how many you want to use.

If its for each existing and new posts ( unlimited ), you can use this method which uses the Featured Image meta box

    or

Use custom fields. You can hand code the meta box or use a plugin like ACF.

If its only for a limited number of images, you can use this method.

Some solutions are free and some are not.

And there are other ways to do this depending on whether you want to use a plugin or not.

Clearly if its for unlimited images, you can't hard code the solution so you need a dynamic solution unlike the second solution i linked to.

@Braddalton ,I think you missed my point. The method I mention is already implemented in the page and does work. However, the images are not centered anymore (like you see at higher resolution). MY question is how to fix that (in css i think)?

You can try Background Manager plugin.

Did you try background-position: center; http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_background-position.asp

Doe not work, maybe I take the wrong DIV. Tried this before also. That's why I posted it here, to hear from the Genesis and/or CSS experts.
