Move Welcome Widget Below Slide – Agency Theme

I want to move the welcome widget below the the slider and above the 3 feature tabs on the home page (Agency Theme). Currently I have it added as a hook but it's showing up on all my pages. I just want it on the home page.

Is this possible?

Thats what it does by default.

I did try just changing this part but it didn't work.

You may need to use a fresh copy of your home.php file.

And remove the code you added to display the welcome text site wide.
