    When I updated my site to the new version of WordPress JetPack, I noticed that my signature at the end of each post is now covering the JetPack LIKE button. How can I align my signature to the right?

    That is not the problem. There is not enough space for the Like button to display correctly.
    Find the following line div.jetpack-likes-widget-wrapper and change the height to 70px
