    I see this code in the snippets, but this move the menu to the top of the Header div. I would like to reposition the Nav div so that it sits within the Header div but below the logo. Using the Outreach theme if that matters.

    remove_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'genesis_do_nav' );
    add_action( 'genesis_before_header', 'genesis_do_nav' );

    I think you want to change genesis_before_header to just genesis_header, but you may need to also add a priority number to the line as well. Possibly:

    add_action( 'genesis_header', 'genesis_do_nav', 10 );

    10 is just a guess--you may have to try different numbers--a larger number would move it lower down in the header.

    Here's a Visual Hook Guide which might be really helpful.
