I'm using Modern Portfolio theme...how do I move the leave a comment link to the bottom? There's no index.php file to adjust...

You will need to remove the comments link from the post info (see this: http://my.studiopress.com/snippets/post-info/#customize).

Then you will need to add it to the post meta (see this: http://my.studiopress.com/snippets/post-meta/#customize).

If you'd rather not edit the functions.php file, you might try the Genesis Simple Edits plugin.
