Move Header Right Widget Area Above Logo

Hi, how do you move the header right widget area so it appears above the logo area. I would like to put a custom menu widget that appears at the top of the page. many thanks in advance.

OK I have now used the secondary nav menu and used and added the following code to the functions.php file:
//* Reposition the secondary navigation menu
remove_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'genesis_do_subnav' );
add_action( 'genesis_before_header', 'genesis_do_subnav' );

This works great, but how can I position the men to the right hand side.
I have tried float right but it sticks to the right side of the window.
