I'm trying to figure out how to move the output (where disqus comment system appears). I want disqus to appear directly after a blog post but with other plugins enabled disqus always appears after them.

In the URL below I'm trying to get disqus under the 'share' buttons. This person seems to be having a similar problem http://wordpress.org/support/topic/disqus-hooks-genesis-theme

You can install the code manually and hook it in using genesis hooks however you will lose some features

Thanks Brad I'm aware of that but looking for another alternative to keep all the features.

I don't think this is possible at the moment using the plugin because i don't think it includes a template tag or shortcode which is why i posted the manual installation solution which id fairly common with plugins like this.
