    I have created a full width widget where I would like to show recent posts in mosaic pattern as like the image I have attached below. How should I do it ? Is there any plugin to solve the query or what ?

    Do you have a link to the site where you got that photo? It would probably be easiest to look and see what they used for theirs.

    It looks like they are using widget areas built into their theme. You could achieve something similar with CSS, or you could look into plugins like this one: http://codecanyon.net/item/media-grid-wordpress-responsive-portfolio/2218545
