We have WooCommerce running on Monochrome Pro. When products are added to the cart, everything shows correctly except the small images. All that shows is the text product_image, instead of the images showing.

Can someone go to the attached URl, add any product into their cart, and take a look. I have looked everywhere online and I have not been able to find the issue or make a fix. Any help is appreciated, thank you in advance.

Check your product thumbnail images otherwise, its a problem with the code.

Also deactivate any caching plugins or anything else which may break the image links.

Did you add any custom code?

    Hey Brad,
We use a plugin called HPWallArt to bring in some customizable things from HP... looks like that is what is causing the issue.

That plugin is a must have, so I assume maybe talk to them about it? Suggestions? Thank you for the help.

Looks like it might take some time to troubleshoot with WC & plugins setup to replicate the problem.

Thanks man. No problem. At least I know what the issue is now so I can go there to figure out the fix.
