Monochrome Pro top page margin

There's a lot of space between the menu and the page content. I have page titles hidden so I thought that might be a factor, but there's a lot of space on blog pages too, which have titles. I tried using this code:

.entry {
 margin-top: 0px;
}

It helped on the homepage but not any other pages. How do I remove some of the excess space?
