hi, I've updated wordpress and genesis and I can't modify anymore the files theme, eg. css, functions etc..
From my dashboard I go to Appearance-Editor, I try to modify the chil theme files and what I get is the message "It's impossibile to modify this file"
What's happening? I'm using the minimum pro theme on local server.
    Thanks for your help

That error is not coming from Genesis or your child theme. You need to contact your host or look for a plugin conflict.

    You're on localhost.

Edit the files with your OS' file manager.

WordPress puts this check in there.

I'm also having this same issue. There's not "edit" option any more.

I've deactivated all plugins, the site is installed on my web host (not localhost) and have never has this issue until now.

I've tried this and both child themes Aspire and Author Pro have the issue. No way to edit theme. I've checked under Appearance where it typically would be found and under Genesis.
