    I'm trying to remove the space between my slider and featured posts. I have the response slider in the welcome message area and set the static page as home page. I know the space is the home page but I really don't want anything there if there a way to have it now show OR a way to have the featured posts on that page set up in a row of three?

    Thank for any help

    Hello RoxG,

    You can do this with few edits in your css file :

    line 1349 : comment or remove the margin-bottom :

    .welcome-message {
        border-bottom: 1px solid #000;
        padding-bottom: 40px;
    /*  margin-bottom: 80px; */
    }

    line 1683 : set the margin-top to 0 and comment or remove the border

    .footer-widgets {
    /* border-top: 1px solid #000;*/
        clear: both;
        margin: 0 10% 0;
        padding-top: 60px;
    }

    Thank you Aurelien. What do you mean by comment in this instance. I get that your saying I can remove the line but what does it mean to comment? And if I have the CSS edit option from Jetpack can I just past this in there?

    Thank you

    Hey RoxG,

    I think the paste in you css editor may work.

    Commenting means to disable a css line, without deleting it. For commenting a line, you have to use slash and star, like this :
    a line
    /* a commented line */

    Hey @RoxG your site looks awesome!
    How did you get rid of the custom blog feed that appears when using Modern Studio Pro?
    If you see down at the bottom of http://www.theveganhouse.ca/ where it says 'vegan eats'... I want rid of that and the page count there. I just want the site based on the widget content I've set above that article.

    Let me know if you can help!
    Thanks so much,
    Lindsay
