I would like to add a mobile responsive navigation bar to my Genesis-Sample theme. I have followed this tutorial
http://ozzyrodriguez.com/tutorials/genesis/genesis-responsive-menu-2-0/ and added the necessary jquery file and enqueue to my functions file but it doesn't seem to be working.

Hi,
I do see your Javascript library, so that's cool. I don't see the CSS, though. His awesome menu (which I also use) needs that bit or it won't work.

The part near the bottom here.
