Hi Everyone, The menu on the site I'm making used to be mobile responsive (the menu turns into the 3 black lines and you have to click on it to see the all the buttons). But I was asked to take 3 of the buttons and put them under one. So now, you will see it says SERVICES, and then there are 3 menu buttons that drop down under that. So now that I've added the drop-down, when I look at the site on the phone, the 3 black lines that represented the menu are no longer there, and it just displays the menu buttons across the page, and one even drops down to the next line (the contact button). I also noticed that the banner image disappeared.

Would anyone have advice on how to get the menu to go back to being mobile responsive (the 3 bars that represent the menu), and how to get the banner back : )

    Thanks so much!!

Hi Christoph, Thanks so much for your post. It still looks the same on my iPhone (no more mobile responsive black bars that represent the menu, just the menu written out across the page, and the banner is still missing. I've attached a screenshot of what I'm seeing on my phone. The is my first time posting an image in the post, hopefully it shows up : )

I just heard from the person I made the site for, they said that on their iPhone, it shows the mobile responsive bars, but when you click on services, it doesn't show the other drop down buttons. But on mine, it doesnt show the mobile responsive bars, but shows the drop down buttons. It would be one thing if it was not working right on all view devices, but I have not idea how to fix it if shows the mobile responsiveness on his phone, but not on mine. I hope someone else has had this situation happen before and might have some insight on the situation. Thanks so much! Jeanne : )

You need to clear your iPhone cache http://www.macworld.co.uk/how-to/iphone/how-clean-ios-junk-files-cache-2016-3609079/. See other thread, your menu is working correctly, if you click services it will go to services, if you click the services toggle, it will toggle the child menu.
