I'm using the Executive Pro Theme. When I look at the website on my iphone it takes me to "mobile.evolvelivefit.ca" instead of "evolvelivefit.ca". For some reason the website doesn't show correctly. Is there a setting I need to change?

Do you have some kind of mobile plugin installed? If so, deactivate that.
