When I left this site yesterday, the menus were there - one above the header and one below. Today they are missing.
My client reports she does not see the menus when she is viewing in her original theme (Convergence) but I do see them.
I guess she has updated some plugins, but I have deactivated the plugins and I still get no menus. Also, when I try to put a custom menu in a sidebar, that doesn't show up either.
    Any thoughts?
    Thanks!

Have you assigned the menus to different theme locations?

I'm finally getting back to this.
The menus are assigned appropriately and are just not showing up.
When I put it in the header widget it doesn't show up.
When I put it in the sidebar, it shows up.
When I switch to Genesis master, it doesn't show up.
It does show up in Twenty Thirteen.
    Thanks!
