    I checked out my new Blog in ie8 today and the right side is cut off on the home page and secondary pages and posts.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

    That would help.  http://iarise.org

    Thank you for your help.  It works fine across mobile browsers, Safari, FireFox and Chrome so far.  Just IE8 has given me the issue. Questions off topic, how do I upload an image to my profile.

    I'm guessing the issue is that your screen isn't wide enough. Of course you cannot control that so add this to your style sheet

    #wrap {
    min-width: 1140px;
    }

    Then down in first part of the responsive section (it is labeled and indented a bit) add this

    #wrap {
    min-width: 100%;
    }
