I would like to have a mix of "full width content" pages and several "content and sidebar" page layouts for my minimum pro theme. Is this possible to do?

This comment in the Studiopress Minimum Pro description (http://www.wpreviewlab.com/studiopress-minimum-review/) seems to imply that this can be done although I haven't been able to do it. "You can set the Default Layout to one column (just the content area) or two columns. In the latter situation, you can choose between a left and a right sidebar. You have the ability to assign a different page layout to every single page and post."

    Absolutely you can!

Go to your post or page in the WP admin. Scroll down until you see "Layout Settings". Select your desired layout and update your post or page 🙂

If you login at http://my.studiopress.com/setup/minimum-theme/ you will see the default layout settings area which can be configured on a full site basis. From there, individual pages can have different templates setup as you choose when you create a new page.
