    Hello,

    I want to lower the height of the primary navigation and header of my site http://wellnessowners.com. For example, I want the primary navigation look like here http://www.quicksprout.com/blog/.

    What should I look for in style.cc?

    Thanks,
    Ion

    Modify the padding on
    .site-header .wrap {
    padding: 40px 0;
    }

    Change the min-height on
    .site-header {
    background-color: #fff;
    min-height: 160px;
    }

    Change the padding on
    .genesis-nav-menu a {
    color: #333;
    display: block;
    padding: 30px 24px;
    }

    Install web developer tools on your browser which will allow you to see which elements need modifying in the css file.

    Hello,

    WIth a bare minimum of CSS knowledge, I've been able to figure out things like this by using the "Inspect Element" feature of the Chrome web browser.

    With "Inspect Element" you can get an "x-ray view" of your page, and usually figure out where the margin and padding settings are...and then you can make the changes to your CSS file. Here are a few tutorials that might help:
