Metro Pro [Pre-Sale] Question

Hi there,
I'm planning to buy the Metro Pro theme but it would need some editing in its layout like explained in this picture:

I was wondering:
1) if this is possible
2) how easy it is
3) if someone is already able to tell me how to edit these things in my Style CSS so that I buy this theme today and edit it straight away!

Hi Rob,
before I buy it I would like to know if the editing I have in mind are:

1) possible
2) easy to do

because if that's too complicated and I need to pay $500 to hire a developer I won't buy the theme.
If someone would tell me:

"Look you just need to paste these lines at the bottom of your CSS"
or you just need to change this with this in your CSS, then I would feel confident about my purchase.
